A parade formed by students grabbing the shirt of the man in front of them and forming a conga line that marched up North Avenue, up and down Peachtree Street and in and out of theaters and other places of business along the way.
Earliest parade lost in time but they were held as early as the 1920s and well into the 1950s.
Often used to celebrate football victories on Saturday afternoons.
Sometimes the result of a Friday night pep rally and composed mainly of freshmen encouraged by upperclassmen
