This is the web site of the 29th Dublin Scout Group in Blackrock in County Dublin Ireland. We have a Beaver Colony, a Cub Pack, a Scout Troop and a Venturer Section. We also have a group called the 29er's. These are past and present members of the Group who meet up every so often to chat about scouting.

Our Den is ideally located in Blackrock just 15 minutes (by train) outside Dublin city. We have a main hall with a football pitch and changing rooms. The den/grounds are available to other Scout Troops or Cub Packs for camps or Pack holidays. Please select 'The Den' from the sections drop down menu at the top of the page to get more information.

Registration Night
A registration night for all members of the Group will be held on Wednesday 8th September in the Den. Letters will be sent to existing members, they were posted 31 August 2006. New members welcome.

Phoenix Challenge 2006
Our group sent a team into the Phoenix this year. Well done to those who took part and especially to 34th Limerick for winning. Sarah got on the TV, click here to see the report.
