Mobile top-up is only available to customers who are already registered for web top-up. We are not taking new registrations for the service so please take a look here for information on other great ways to top-up simply and easily around the clock, wherever you are. To Top-Up your mobile phone using this service when you're out-and-about all you'll need handy is your registered Credit/Debit Card as well as the security PIN you created during registration.

 

Your credit card is required as you will need to enter the last three digits printed on the signature strip on the back of your credit card. This is called your CV2 and is required as an additional security measure.

 

To Top-Up your mobile phone, simply enter *123*PIN*CV2# then send it from your phone by pressing the button to call. You will then receive a Top-Up successful message.  It’s as simple as that.

 


For example, it might be *123*9999*456#SEND where "9999" was your online PIN and "456" the three digits on the back of your credit card. You will then receive a Top-Up successful message.
