All of the Oceanfront Villas have breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez serve as a magnificent backdrop to these elegant and spacious homes. Guests enjoy private access to a pristine, white-sand beach picture-perfect for sunset strolls. Inside they'll relax amidst luxurious and stylish furnishings. Air-conditioned space in square footage range from; Three Bedroom Villas 2,680-3,000, Four Bedrooms 3,000-4,000 and Five Bedrooms 5,300. Outdoor private terraces range from 1,000 to 2,300 squares feet

THE ESTATE VILLAS
The newest addition to Villas Del Mar, the Estate Villas, are located on the mountainside and have breathtaking, panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez. These 5,000 square foot villas all have private infinity edged pools, Jacuzzis and 2,000 square feet of terraces.
