Do you think I stand here for my health?
That I am like the rest who stood B.C?
A tax collector you say?
I do not take your hard earned money crooked as a stone
I bleed like all of you who cast judgement upon my plight.
I am not here to bleed you of yours
I have been planted here for your good for my good, though I'll be damned if I know what that good is
For my eyes are single and my lips speak soft
And I see only what... you are willing to send.

At a juncture in time in the primordial ooze a microscopic life form made its first move. And in the warm, fertile womb of the tropical seas multiplied and mutated into a myriad progenies.
After eons of gestation they swam, crawled and flew to world wide locations where each started anew A colony that perpetuated the original drive to go forth and multiply and stay alive.
"Survival of the Fittest" was the predominant song sung by nature to the inherently strong Who passed on genes designed to stay in a world where competition ruled the day.
Eventually Humanity took a decisive lead and persevered to become the dominant breed. Now man has expanded this "right of birth" to dominion over space as well as earth.
But this small, blue planet we call Mother Earth; was she the sole parent of that "Virgin Birth?" Or merely the surrogate for a passing "star". Where something still waits and watches from afar?

A few good men to work as a team A few good men what could this mean A few good men for the Powers that be A few good men for the world to see A few good men who in God's mold are cast A few good men only Christ can match A few good men is what He needs Who love their country are full of great deeds A few good men head at home-or war A few good men at heavens door
