Water, Trash, and Sewer
For Water and Residential Trash service and billing set up and questions or to change your RESIDENTIAL Trash service please call the Town Treasurer. For sewer questions please call Eagle River Water and Sanitation District at (970) 476-7480.

Sidewalks, Parks and Public Places
The Public Works Department handles maintenance of the water plant and all public places in Minturn. For more information, contact the Town Manager at (970) 827-5645.

Changes to Your Home
The Planning and Zoning Department of the Town of Minturn handles land use planning and zoning, building permits, sign permits, building inspections, and code enforcement. Our offices are located on the second floor of the Town Hall Building, 302 Pine Street.

Applications submittals are taken at the Minturn Town Hall at Monday – Friday at 302 Pine Street. Please contact the Planning and Zoning Department for further information (970) 827-5645

Voter Registration
Voter registration is accomplished at any of the town halls in the county or the Eagle County Clerk's office. Only U.S. citizens who are 18 years old and have resided inside the Town limits for the 30 days preceding the election can register and participate in this election. Registered electors of the County who have moved into the Town and resided here for the 30 days preceding the election must change their legal address of residency by filling out a Change of Residency form with the Eagle County Clerk.

Applications for absentee ballots can be obtained by stopping by the Town Clerk's office, 302 Pine Street, Minturn. A registered elector of the Town need not meet special criteria to obtain an absentee ballot. Absentee ballots cannot be issued until application has been made.
