What is RSS?

Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is an XML-based format for distributing Web content. Using an RSS reader is an easy way to get financial information you want from MSN Money, even when you're not signed in.

How does RSS work?

You need to download a RSS reader (aggregator) to subscribe to news feeds. Once you have a reader (for example My MSN, Live.com, or IE7), you can subscribe to feeds that interest you.

How to get RSS feeds

Internet Explorer version 7 and other browser users:

Click an RSS button above to view the RSS feed in your browser. Copy and paste the URL into your RSS reader.

Internet Explorer version 6 and lower:

To receive an RSS feed from all topics except "Ticker Feed," right-click an RSS button above, click Copy Shortcut and then paste the shortcut into your RSS reader. To receive an RSS feed for the "Ticker Feed" topic, fill in the stock symbol you wish to receive information on, click the RSS button, select the UTL and paste it into your RSS reader.

To use a feed on Live.com, click on the Windows Live+ button. To use a feed on your My MSN page, click on the My MSN+ button.
