The Nature Conservancy is undertaking a transformational change to become an enduring global institution. With projects in all 50 states and more than 30 countries, we are committed to sharing our resources and expertise with partners and among our many programs to facilitate conservation on a world-wide scale. Our structure is designed to promote greater global conservation through eight conservation regions, a conservation strategies group and our Worldwide Office.

Global Organizational Structure Worldwide Office
Based in Arlington, Virginia, the Worldwide Office hosts the majority of staff connected to the key institutional support functions of the organization including: External Affairs, Finance, General Counsel, Human Resources, Information Systems and Marketing.
