(Actually, with the exception of the first question immediately below, which has been asked once, I seldom receive any questions about almudo.com. However, the FAQ convention I believe, is to try to answer questions that might occur to visitors to the site and that is what I have tried to do below.)

Is almudo.com a non-profit organisation?
No. The phrase I prefer is 'business for benefit.' Website revenues currently provide complete support for the living and educational expenses of five former street children in West Africa.
Who owns/operates/manages/represents almudo.com?
I registered and own the domain name. Throughout the site I sometimes use the pronoun "we" to recognize the many supporters this site has and to recognize the assistance and advice I have received from many sources, as well as to include the almudos, who are the most important people involved. However, this site has been created, published and is maintained by myself.

Who funds Almudo.com?
At this time, all costs arising from the operation of Almudo.com and the ongoing support of a few almudos are met from my own pocket. I do not keep track of what I spend since I do not intend to charge these past expenses against income. The greatest investment has probably been time. It takes a great deal of time to keep a site functional and to provide new, useful, and interesting content.

Server logs containing the information as above are stored on the almudo.com website. This information is not used for any purpose and is deleted regularly.
Information about site visitors to almudo.com is collected by AddFreeStats.
