Changes to Web site

I have modified the site.  You now need to register to access troop and venture crew pages.

Registration is painless and only takes a minute.  Remember your "username" and "password"!  This change will allow better control over who is viewing our scout pages and information.  Access to the chat room is limited to registered users also.
