    Description Style sheet for report that shows all Active and Excluded Messages. If you enable reporting Excluded messages in your FxCop project, you can use this style sheet to format the report to have three sections:
    Active Messages,
    Excluded Messages (that is, those excluded in the project), and
    ExcludedInSource Messages.

    I wrote this style sheet so that in our code reviews we could review all rule exclusions as well as any active messages.
