Starting with red ch 218, sc in second ch from hook, sc in each ch across, ch 1,turn. Pattern row: sc in each sc across, ch 1 , turn Repeat pattern row until there are11 rows red, fasten off. Join white and work 11 pattern rows. Continue changing colors from red to white until 3 red and 3 white stripes are completed. Change to blue and sc across 109 sts, ch1 turn. Continue in blue , sc until 77 rows are completed Join red in first sc after first blue row of sc, work 11 rows of sc in red for first short stripe Work 4 red and 3 white short stripes Sew blue to edge of short stripes with small stitches.
