Question:
What were the difficulties faced in Sir Donald Bradmans life?

Answer:

Sir Donald Bradman faced several challenges in his own life. In 1934 he very nearly died from acute appendicitis, he and his wife had to endure the death of their infant son born in 1936. Sir Donald's daughter Shirley was afflicted with Multiple Sclerosis while their son John suffered from polio as a youth.

Bradman's stock-broking employer Harry Hodgett's also filed for bankruptcy in 1935 and Bradman had to carry the company out of its parlous financial position.
