Thanks, Tasty. I was curious, because I've noticed more contradictions in the games than elsewhere. I think that it may be just the Rouge Squadron series, though.

any contradictions that arise are dealt on a case-by-case

Just for the sake of the curious, can you provide a single example of such an instance and how it was dealt with? Even if it's a very minor one, it might prove to some of the naysayers that there is something going on behind-the-scenes that they're just not privvy to.

Actually, Darth, it's Leland's choice what to do or not to do. Now, why don't you settle down and let him do what he wants.

Personally, I don't care. But you don't have the right to badger him about his job. Just stop. If he wants to say something about the Mandalorians, he will. But THIS ISN'T THE THREAD for it. Back off.

I was asking a question that goes for the thread, so what's the problem?

You're pushing too much. Let the man answer what he wants to answer. Drop it if he asks you to drop it.

And drop it if I ask you to drop it. I haven't yet... don't push your case so insistently.

I will do what ever it takes to see that the Mandalorians get out of this shaft they've put in. They deserve more then what they've been getting.

First LFL tried to get rid of them in Open Seasons, and I mean TRIED. Think god Hadan didn't look that well into it.

Then Fenn goes from Honorable Mandalorian to lier.

I want to know why this is, but if I'm asked to stop, then I will. Though I don't see why it took so long for my question to be answered, it's kinda like I'm being ignored.

Dude, you're taking this WAY too far. It's just some fictional characters that are not entirely explained, and here you are bothering LFL employees about explaining something that's not too important and is yet again a fictional story. You're obsessed, and should lay off.

I'm not bothering anyone, I just have a question I want answered. The Mandalorians are the only race that seems LFL wants to kill off, I want to know why.

The Mandalorians are the only race that seems LFL wants to kill off

In your opinion, and that's an opinion without any information on what might or might not happen with the development of said group of people in the future, and also without any frame of reference to make such a claim. Has anyone from Lucasfilm specifically said that they're trying to "kill off" the Mandalorian race? I haven't seen any such statement. Why? Because they're not. You're just overexaggerating and being hyperbolizing. And that's really not going to get you anywhere. Just wait patiently. If Mr. Chee wants to answer your question, he will. If not, tough cookies. He doesn't have to.

Are novelisations of the films considered G-level or C-level material?

In a nutshell, anything created by the author would be C-level. Anything in the the novels created by George Lucas (whether it comes from unpublished early script versions, unpublished author interviews with George, or George's revisions to the novelization manuscript) would be G-level unless contradicted by the films.

It gets a little more complicated when something is seen on-screen but not named. So the "shuura fruit" mentioned in the AOTC novel would be G because you see it in the film, although the author came up with the name.

Not in the database, no. If there is anything anywhere, only George knows.

Has George Lucas consulted/refered to the database for any Episode III work, and did he use it for Episode II?
