Welcome to www.genepredictions.org, a database of function
prediction. This database can be searched by ORF names or
by functional class.
- If searching by ORF names please enter
the ORF names in the text box, or send us a file of space-separated
names.
- If searching for ORFs predicted to have a particular
functional class, please select CLASS, and submit. You will be
prompted to choose a class from the list available in our database.
In either case, your search can be restricted to a specific ORGANISM
or INSTITUTE and you can request predictions made after a particular
date (MONTH and YEAR).
If you chose to download the results as a file rather than as a web
page, the file will be in tab separated format, suitable for viewing
in a spreadsheet.
We are happy to host predictions of functional class. If you would
like us to include your predictions in this database, please email us.
