City Hall charges due Monday
Federal prosecutors are expected to unseal long-awaited indictments Monday in connection with allegations of insider dealings at City Hall that include conspiracy, tax evasion, bribery and money laundering, according to several sources familiar with the investigation. Former Dallas Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Don Hill, consultant Sheila Farrington and Black State Employees Association of Texas director Darren Reagan turned themselves in shortly before 8 a.m. at the federal courthouse in downtown Dallas.
