Publications is a list of our articles and book chapters about intercultural communication, including the Globally Speaking series written in collaboration with David W. Paul. Links are provided for articles that are available online.

What is Global English? is a short essay that explores the status of English as a global language and the limits of localization as a means for communicating with a worldwide audience.

Universal Web is a service that brings a global perspective to communicating via the web. Our primary function is to streamline and "internationalize" web content so that it can be more easily understood by people whose native language is not English. We edit web pages and provide advice about site design.

Yankee English Services include various types of language consulting, such as editing, writing, and coaching. We are very skilled at producing clear, globally understood English ("Global English"). We apply this expertise to writing original documents, editing documents that have been translated into English, and editing documents before they are translated from English into other languages.
