Dear Ms. Schwab

I have been reviewing your Biographical File recently and I am delighted to say tat out of the many that I have assessed yours has come to my particular attend. From the biographic material that I have read I feel that you are eminently qualified to take up the appointment as one of my Deputies at the International Biographical Centre. The role of Deputy Director General is not onerous but is one that seeks to recognize the accomplishments of a very select few individuals who have come to my particular attention as great achievers.

Deputy Directors General are divide up into the five main reigns of the world: Africa, America (including Latin America and the West Indies), Asia (including the Near and Middle East), Europe and Oceania. Each Deputy is appointed on merit alone and is selected to represent his or her region of the world.
