Ambassador Thomas Siebert concentrates his practice in the international and domestic telecommunications/information technology business sectors. The range of his practice includes legislative and regulatory counseling, government affairs and federal marketing, transactional advice involving mergers and acquisitions, and formation and financing of joint ventures and strategic alliances, particularly in "convergence" technologies designed to advance new telecommunications applications.

Having worked to advance new entrants and competitive businesses into the telecommunications/IT mix, Ambassador Siebert has also participated in ownership, management, and operation of various telecommunications businesses and brings a broad range of corporate experience in legal, operational, and financial areas.
