Update: July 26, 2006 at 10:53AM EST
The fourth reproduction of Phoenix Wright was supposed to have shipped yesterday for delivery today. Didn't happen. Capcom has pushed the re-release date for the game to August 7 or 8, 2006.
Question: Couldn't Capcom have updated distributors yesterday?
Answer: Yes, they could have. But they didn't. As of last night, we still assumed the game was slated to arrive today
Update: Still SOLD OUT as of June 19, 2006 at 4:01PM EST
Please note that although the USA version of Phoenix Wright is now sold out, the Japanese version is in stock which is playable in English. A third reproduction of Phoenix Wright will ship in mid August. Please read below for further details. Thanks.
Update: SOLD OUT as of June 19, 2006 at 3:58PM EST
Please note our entire allocation of Phoenix Wright is now SOLD OUT. Gone. Vamoose. Buh Bye. Although we stocked the same quantity as the first reproduction which lasted us for about a month, we're sold out in a week this time around. There were days when we sold 100+ copies in an afternoon and another 50+ copies during the evening hours. There's good news however - Capcom will publish a THIRD REPRODUCTION of Phoenix Wright in mid-August. We'll restock by then for any backorders that are submitted. If you are interested in purchasing a copy of Phoenix Wright from the next batch, please wait until August before placing your order since our shop will process transactions automatically upon checkout. We don't want to charge you for a game that won't ship for another 6 weeks. Thanks for reading.
Update: June 13, 2006 at 9:20AM EST
Please note that pricing for Phoenix Wright is being raised to US$39. We've purchased some more stock from another USA supplier at a slightly higher price to buffer our inventory from yesterday which is being depleted faster than we expected.
Update: June 12, 2006 at 10:40AM EST
Capcom's new production of NDS Phoenix Wright is now in stock and all backorders will ship today. We have a sizable quantity on hand and we're guessing that we'll be able to keep the game in stock for at least a month or two. Pricing for the game remains at US$35 + shipping. Thanks.
Update: June 8, 2006 at 12:08PM EST
Please note that the next reproduction of Phoenix Wright is scheduled to arrive on or around June 12, 2006. All backorders will ship once the game arrives. Some customers have inquired if there are any differences between the original printing of Phoenix Wright and the later printings. The answer is NO. The packaging is the same, the instruction manual is the same, and the product SKU number is the same. Unlike books which have multiple print runs and are designated as such, there are no marks indicating second or third print run on this particular game.
Update: May 30, 2006 at 11:52AM EST

Update: SOLD OUT as of April 14, 2006 at 7:01PM EST
Our Phoenix Wright restock inventory lasted for a little over a month but we are sold out as of the date and time listed above. NCS assumed we'd at least make it to June with the number of units that we ordered last month but sales have been very strong over the past few weeks. Even though we are sold out as of today, please note that a new USA production of the game is scheduled to ship from Capcom USA in 3-4 weeks (Early to Middle of May) and we'll restock at that time. Thanks for reading.
