Red Square

No, we’re not talking about Russia. Red Square is the crossroads of Georgetown, the best spot for people watching because it’s the easiest but busiest route for students to take to class. You’ll truly witness the diversity of Georgetown after standing for a minute in this spot, as it’s been said that you can’t walk through Red Square without hearing at least three different languages being spoken. Several organizations usually have tables set up here to advertise different causes or events, and students also take over this area to play, protest and gossip.— Bernadette Simpao
