Named East Division All-Star at Tackle for first time in his career�Started at Left Tackle in both games versus Hamilton�Started all 18 games for Toronto at Left Tackle�Week 1, started at Left Tackle but was ejected from the game after receiving an objectionable conduct penalty in the 4th Quarter vs BC�

2005 Playoffs Started at LT in East Championship versus Montreal.

Re-signed with the Argonauts on May 23, 2004�Started 15 games with Toronto at offensive tackle but missed three games due to ankle injury and leg strain�

2004 Playoffs Started at left tackle in East Semi-Final vs Hamilton�Started at left tackle in East Championship vs Montreal�

Signed as a free agent with Toronto on February 20, 2003�Started 15 games at left tackle including two playoff games�Honoured by the FRC Toronto chapter as the team�s outstanding lineman.

2003 Playoffs: Started the East Semi-Final and East Championship at O-line.

Played 13 games with Detroit, started four of them�finished with 10 solo tackles and eight assisted tackles� knocked down 10 passes�caught eight passes for 41 yards and three TD�caught a three yard TD pass, the first of his career in Detroit�s 55-34 loss to Indiana on May 18th.

Signed with the Detroit Fury of the AFL as a free-agent on April 16�played in six games with Detroit during the regular season, making four solo tackles and one interception�caught a 15-yard TD pass in the Fury�s 52-44 opening round playoff loss to Arizona�came to Detroit after playing 10 games at left tackle with the Memphis Maniax (XFL) �selected by the Memphis Maniax (XFL) in the 2nd Round (11th Overall) of the league�s inaugural supplemental draft.

Signed as a free agent with the BC Lions on June 5�in his first season of play since 1994, saw action in five games for the Lions�in addition to his familiar position at offensive tackle, Williams also saw spot duty at tight end where he caught one reception for 20 yards during the year�was released by the Lions on November 5.

Selected in the 1st Round (14th Overall) of the 1994 NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles�was the first offensive lineman taken in the draft, and one of four selected in the first round that season�started in all 16 Eagles games at left tackle as a rookie�named to the All-NFL Rookie Team.

Played from 1990-1993 with the University of Georgia started as a DT before moving to OT in his sophomore season�started 32 of 45 games�

1990 A true freshman, set record for blocked kicks with three�named to Knoxville News Sentinel Freshman All-SEC Team.

Bernard played at Hamilton High School in Memphis and was named to the USA TODAY All-USA team and was named Tennessee Player of the Year by USA TODAY. Bernard and his wife Lee Ann, a Georgia judge, live in Atlanta in the off-season with their daughter Dahlia, born in January 2005.
