Strategic Partners

Our goal is to disseminate knowledge and enable organizations to more effectively address their leadership development challenges. In order to meet our mission, we selectively partner and collaborate with other organizations through a variety of relationships.

Our relationships consist of the following types:

Network Associates
For more than 20 years, CCL has worked with organizations in the delivery of our training programs. Our open enrollment programs are available through licensed CCL-certified organizations.

Organizational Network Associates
Organizations who wish to partner with us to bring a Center program into their company solely for the purpose of training their managers delivered by their training staff. The number of people you wish to train should be approximately 100 or more to make licensing cost effective.

Assessment & Development Associates
These are organizations that wish to enhance their current portfolio of offerings with the Center's assessment for development resources. We are currently aligned with organizations such as Oxford Psychologists Press and Asianic Psychologists Press.

Adjunct Faculty
The Center accesses expertise of other key professionals through independent contracting relationships.

Research
From time to time, the Center collaborates with other educational organizations or professionals on its research projects.

Donors
Our donors are both individual and organizational and support the accomplishments of the Center through philanthropic donations.

Strategic Partners
The Center partners with several organizations to complement or bring additional expertise in leadership development. We are proud to partner with UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, Jossey-Bass, SHRM, and the Singapore Economic Development Board.

Project-based Collaborations
The Center is developing relationships with select organizations outside its primary markets in order to extend its influence. Through these collaborations, CCL offers a number of open enrollment programs in those markets. Regions currently include the Middle East (Dubai), Finland, Ireland, Czech Republic, Poland, and Spain (Spanish language). For more information, please contact CCL-Europe.
