Bill's Tribute to "The 5000 Fingers of Dr. T"
YOU ARE BOY NUMBER:
UPDATED 10/23/2005
I've decided to produce a documentary on Dr. T
A PLEA FOR HELP
Due to the fantastic support of the Dr. T fans, I've started to produce a documentary on the film. I have interviewed and edited a demo with Tony Butala, the singing voice of Tommy Rettig in the film. It has been well received by the sponsors and I am now using it to try and find more financing for the project.

I have interviewed Steve Rowland, son of the director Roy Rowland, and to say the least, it was fascinating. Hopefully, in the near future I will be able to raise some money to shoot more interviews with people involved with the film or who are just plain fans.

I would love to hear from anyone who can help sponsor or promote my project. Please contact me through the email link. So much information has come through this website, that I am sure that some day I will be able to offer the dedicated Dr. T fans a well deserved documentary on this unique film.

Welcome To My World

Thanks for stopping by. I'm a child of the 60's and 70's, grew up in southern Jersey,(near Philadelphia) on movies and TV and have an outrageous amount of trivia knowledge about 50's horror films.
Thanks again to all the "Happy Finger" fans who keep this site alive. Check out the bottom of this page for a review of Dr. T from Variety, 1953. Also be sure to check out an interview with Tom Rettig concerning his work on the film on my "More Stuff Page."
This site is dedicated to the 1953 cult classic "The 5000 Fingers of Dr. T" and its fans. Many fans have sent me ideas and words of encouragement that really inspire me to keep researching this film. As long as the site is visited by enthusiastic fans, about 500 each month, I will continue to try and update it to keep you coming back. I still need your ideas to keep this site interesting for its fans!  Feel free to drop me a line just to give me ideas to improve my site.

To one and all,
Work for the "Happy Finger Method," Must Go On!    Bill
