We employ around 5,000 people in a wide range of roles. Air Traffic Controllers and Air Traffic Assistants make up about half our workforce, but at the sharp end of our operation we also need scientists, research analysts and engineers – specialists in systems, software, operations and test & integration. We have a Direct Entry scheme for graduates, accredited by the Institute of Electrical Engineers.
