SHANGHAI, China (Sept. 30, 2007) - It was bronze for the U.S. and silver for forward Abby Wambach as the U.S. wrapped up the 2007 FIFA Women's World Cup with a dominating 4-1 victory over Norway to finish in third place. Wambach scored twice to finish with the Silver Boot, and the U.S. also got goals from Heather O'Reilly and Lori Chalupny to help maintain their streak of never finishing a Women's World Cup lower than third place.
