Duro Dakovic Holding d.d. is company owned by state with 71, 99% of the share capital. Out of that 29, 53% is in the hands of Croatian Privatization Fund, for further 23, 63% custodian is Croatian Privatization Fund. 18,83 % holds Pension Fund of Republic of Croatia. 6, 42% of capital is property of investment funds, 8, 34 % financial institutions and the rest of 13, 25% is in private hands.
In 2005 Ministry of Finance conducted recapitalization of Đuro Đaković Holding d.d. in the amount of 121.915.600,00 kuna and issued new emission of 609.578 shares, where nominal capital amounted to 647.413.600,00 kuna, split up in 3.237.068 shares, each with nominal value of 200,00 kuna.
To cover losses coming from previous time periods and to give real value to the company simple decrease of nominal capital was carried out, by decrease of the nominal value of one share from 200,00 kuna to 100,00 kuna.
Nowadays, nominal capital value is 323.706.800,00 kuna, split up in 3.237.068 shares, each having nominal value of 100,00 kuna.
