Liberty shareholders OK reclassification

NEW YORK -- Liberty Media shareholders approved the company's move to reclassify its Liberty Capital common stock into two new tracking stocks that more closely follow the performance of the divisions.

The two new tracking stocks are Liberty Capital and Liberty Entertainment. The new entertainment stock will include what News Corp. is expected to hand over -- a controlling stake in DirecTV, three regional sports networks and cash.
