Q: I've got a question about the ARIAs. Who do I contact?

Please review the FAQs below first as the answer to your question might already be listed.

For sponsorship enquiries, email Event Producer Mark Pope. For media enquiries only, email the ARIA Awards Event Publicist Rina Ferris. For general event and industry ticket enquiries, email Neha in the ARIA Awards office.

Q: I'm interested in volunteering...

Thank you for considering us but we've got a long-list of people who have offered their services. Also note that we don't use or require seat warmers at the Awards.

Q: I'm buying industry tickets - how do I get to sit with my friends?

If you want to sit with your friends in the Gold, Platinum or Silver sections, the only way to guarantee that you will be seated together is to place ONE order, and make ONE payment that covers all your tickets.

Q: I'm an industry guest. What's the dress code?

Officially there is no dress code - as it's the music business pretty much anything goes and you certainly won't be turned away for not dressing up enough. Or too much. Have a look at our gallery's history section to see what guests have worn to past events and that should give you a pretty good idea of what people wear.

Q: When, where and what time are the ARIA Awards?

Sunday, October 28 at Acer Arena (formerly the Sydney SuperDome). The Red Carpet arrivals start at 3.30pm. Click here more general event information.

Q: Can I go to the ARIA Awards and how much are the tickets?

Yes. General public tickets are on sale through Ticketek from Wednesday, September 19 and it's an all-ages, everyone welcome event. All tickets are $60 and under, including GST and booking fees, but note that transaction fees ranging between $4.95-$.7.95 apply depending on booking method. This fee applies per booking, not per ticket, so if you book 1 or 10 tickets you'll pay the same transaction fee, which is levied by the booking agency. Note that tickets are not needed to watch guests arrive on the Red Carpet.

Q: How do I get music industry tickets?

Please visit the industry ticket section. Note that industry tickets are offered to ARIA members first, and if there's any left (and there usually is) then those tickets are offered to the music industry at large.

Q: Can I win tickets to the ARIA Awards?

You could win two Silver tickets to the ARIAs when you subscribe to our website and answer a simple question. Otherwise keep an eye on our news section and we'll add details of competitions that will be running in the media.

Q: Can I watch the Red Carpet arrivals?

Of course, we'd love to have you there and you don't need a ticket. Get to Acer Arena by 3.30pm on October 28 to watch all the stars and celebrities arrive.

Q: I won an ARIA Award in a previous year and I've lost/misplaced/sold/given away my trophy. Can I get another?

Yes. Email Neha in the ARIA Awards event office for prices for replacement trophies. Note that trophies are ordered around July each year.

Q: How do I get to meet the artists?
