Bhimsen Joshi & Balamurali Krishna
Bhimsen Joshi is a marvel and Balamurali Krishna is extremely melodious. The legends of the north and south got together in one platform in Bombay's Shivaji Park in Dec 1991. The Jugalbandi is recorded live and it's mesmerizing.
Classical Vocal Jugalbandi
In a single dais the vocal maestros like Parween Sultana, Ustad Md Dilshad Khan, Rajan Sajan Misra, Hirabai Barodekar, Saraswati Rane, Ustad Nazakat Ali and Salamat Ali created a prolific musical enchantment.
Kishori Amonkar & Balamurali Krishna
Titled Sahagaan this is a classic jugalbandi album by magical diva Kishori Amonkar and extremely melodic Dr Balamurali Krishna. The merge of music is based on Raga Puriya Dhanashri with Ashtapadi.
Vilayat Khan & Bismillah Khan
Tentatively titled 'A Rare Jugalbandi' the album brings together musical maestros Vilayat Khan with Sitar and Ustad Bismillah Khan with Shehnai. Recorded live in 1999, both the legends came together relaxing with Yaman Aalap.
