The mass-market paperback edition of the Attack of the Clones novelization is on its way from Del Rey Books. Bestselling author R.A. Salvatore worked closely with George Lucas to expand the screenplay by Lucas and Jonathan Hales, providing scenes and insights that can only be found in the Episode II novel.

This paperback edition includes bonus material: 32 pages of never-before-published storyboard art from the film's climactic battle on Geonosis, and an introduction by producer Rick McCallum.

This edition of the novel will also contain a preview chapter of Matthew Stover's upcoming Clone Wars novel, Star Wars: Shatterpoint, featuring Mace Windu.

The paperback novel, with cover art by Steven D. Anderson, is scheduled for release on April 1, and has a cover price of $7.50 ($10.99 Canadian).
