Cohen had considered a cross-code move into rugby league

England wing Ben Cohen says he is close to finalising a new contract that will end his spell in the rugby wilderness.
Cohen, 29, bought himself out of his Northampton contract so he could join Leicester, but his testimonial earnings would have broken their salary cap.
Cohen said: "I'm sorting out a club now. I hope to be playing within the next few weeks, before the new year and I won't be moving house."
When asked by BBC Sport, Leicester had nothing new to say about the situation.
Cohen's testimonial year at Northampton, where he spent 10 years, is expected to raise around £300,000.

I don't think you can ever retire from international rugby

If that figure was combined with the earnings of the other players already at Leicester it would take the Tigers above the permitted figure of £2.182m for a first-team squad.
Cohen did not say where his future lay, but said he was looking forward to getting back on the pitch.
He added: "There is nothing signed and sealed. I've had plenty of offers and I weighed up my options. But I've decided on the club it will be. We're just crossing t's and dotting the i's.
"I'm feeling happier. I'm enjoying life but now it's time to get back to work.
"Since I've been out I've been training every day - running, swimming and staying trim."
World Cup winner Cohen also said he was keen to get back into the international set-up, despite making himself unavailable for the World Cup in France to spend time with his pregnant wife.
"I don't think you can ever retire from international rugby," he said. "You always have to aspire to play for your country, whether you're up for selection or not.
"I've only just turned 29 and I have four or five years left. I have a lot to give. Hopefully if I'm playing well they will come and have a look at me.
"It was hard watching the World Cup, but all credit to the boys, to get to the final was fantastic."
