Man arrested in Kenya over Mumbai bombings

Kenyan police have detained a man in connection with last week's train bombings in Mumbai.

Abdul Karim Tunda is one of India's most wanted men and is a suspected organiser for the banned Islamic militant group Lashkar e-Toiba.

He was detained in Mombasa, around the same time that police in India made their first three arrests in connection with the bombings.

Indian police say they have "definitive evidence" that the arrested men have links to terrorist groups, but they are refusing to say what roles they might have played in the Mumbai attacks.
