Awesome. What you should do, though, is award the two cubes to two different people, have them compete in Guitar Hero or something, and the loser has to throw his companion cube in a giant furnace.

I was planning on going until I realized I had a final that next day. There is no way for me to drive there for the Funde Razor in Denver and still be home in time for the final. Let alone study for that final. /sigh I will try to catch it next year. The event seems to be panning out pretty well and hope to attend it next year if this year's a hit. I was looking forward to saying "Hi" to the feared pirate Crecente.

Companion Cubes are the pet rocks of the geek n chic? btw I was severely disappointed when I got to that section of the game... I blame myself for reading too much of the hype, and not getting though the darn thing fast enough.

I hate when something cool comes along and its not for sale. I have the worst luck I will never win. Im going to the one in Brooklyn but I know I wont win.

I'd totally spend like $50 for one of those.

Does Fünde Razor want to make some serious cash for Child's Play? They're sitting on a goldmine of an idea right there. They should just make a ton more of those things and sell them, for those who can't actually attend the events, with all proceeds going to charity.

Those look a lot better than the smaller versions, which are basically spheres with corners stuck on them. At least these are actually, you know, CUBES.
