LOCATION: Behind the wheel of K.I.T.T. – now with voice!
THE SKINNY: Although the future of some of its current shows is uncertain, NBC has no uncertainties about its updating of KNIGHT RIDER.
On Tuesday morning, the network held a major press event to officially unveil the new K.I.T.T., which as we previously reported is a Ford Shelby GT 500 rather than the classic Trans Am of the old series, and to have a photocall with series stars Justin Bruening, Deanna Russo, Bruce Davison, and Sydney Tamiia Poitier. According to Ain’t It Cool News reporter Greynolds Park, who attended the event, the three different versions of K.I.T.T. rolled out at the event included "the driving HERO car, the remote control car, and the effects/tricked out car".
It was also revealed at this event that the car itself would be voiced by Canadian actor Will Arnett, whom you may have heard recently as the voice of Horst in RATATOUILLE and whom you may have seen on 30 ROCK in two episodes this season as Devon Banks.

Canadian actor Will Arnett will voice the Ford Shelby GT 500
