Young men vying for Crocs spots

Australia’s Young Men’s squad (the Crocs) has been named for an upcoming selection camp in Canberra.

The 22 men are vying for a place in the Crocs team to take on the world at the FIBA World Championships for Young Men in Argentina in August.

The first camp takes place at the AIS in Canberra from May 30 – June 3.  The squad will be reduced to 15 at the conclusion of this camp and athletes will move on to the next camp, also at the AIS, on June 20-24.

The final World Championship team of 12 will be selected at this second camp.

The team will then leave Australia for 4-nations tournaments in Greece and Canada as well as some games in Slovenia leading into the World Championships.

Good luck to all athletes.
