Lets take a look at the leaders and moderators of Citizens Against Ugly Street Spa m. (CAUSS)
The self-proclaimed leader of this organization (GreatWhite-BH aka Robert Johnson) has been proven to be a double talking liar. Let me show you the facts.
A. Bob and Code Enforcement.
Bob likes to talk about all of his friends in law enforcement. What does Bob say about them behind their backs?
“We have put so much heat on the Local CE offices that all we do now
is place a call to report signs being placed in the right of ways. We always
tell these folks, "if you don't get them today, some of the sharks will."
We have threatened to place over a thousand signs on City Hall steps or in
City Council Chambers if CE doesn't get off their butts and do their job.”

B. Bob and the Media.
"We're professional people," he said. "We're above that." GreatWhite-
BH, who declined to allow The Courier to print his name, conceded
that some personal information was once posted on the site but was
removed with an hour. He said he didn't remember who posted it."
Documents obtained by The Courier, however, do not corroborate that.
In a post on a public community Web site dated Mar. 13, 2000, a user
named GreatWhite-BountyHunter identified himself as a Dallas-area
CAUSS member. Addressing another poster's concern over how to deal
with street spammers, GreatWhite-BountyHunter wrote of developing a
method of posting "just about every kind of personal information you
can get" and "calling their home phone numbers at all hours of the
day and night."
In another series of posts from CAUSS.org dated Mar. 3, 2004, a
poster code-named deSIGNer expressed frustration with an Austin
resident running anti-CAUSS Web sites. As part of his reply,
GreatWhite-BH wrote:
"We know who he is...where he lives, address and pohone (sic)
numbers, wife's name, where she teaches school, where his children
attend school and his pedigree. If he gets to bugging you too bad,
send us an e-mail and we'll give any information you need to 'cool
him off.'"
deSIGNer requested the information, and less than two hours later, a
post indicated that GreatWhite-BH had sent a private message, a way
of exchanging information through the forum without having other
users read it.

As much as Bob would like you to think that we are making this stuff up. We are not.

A. Redstone aka Colin Goff
Colin is an admitted drug user.
Ain't no drug dealers selling drugs to my kids. They sell them all to me, and the stuff is too expensive to share with the rugrats.

Colin also admits to impersonating an officer.
I yanked a few, but it was pretty warm and the sport wore off quickly. So I punched *67, made a call, got the answering machine, and delivered my spiel:
"This is Enforcement Officer Jim Mickelson (whom the same doesn't actually exist) of the Connecticut Department of Environmental Regulation (of which there isn't one), and I am calling to advise you that your signs along Route 1 are illegal under Section 23-65 of the Connecticut State Statutes (this part is true).
"This statute provides for a fifty-dollar fine per sign (also true). You have twenty-four hours to remove all of your signs. If there are any of your signs remaining on utility poles or in the ground within the right-of-way after three PM tomorrow, you will be issued a summons and fined fifty dollars for each remaining sign. Thank you."

I do know that GulfShark and UglyLitter run with the same crowd as Bob, Colin and Wayne. Birds of a feather flock together.
Now that you have seen with your own eyes what kind of people are running causs I will leave it up to you to make your own decision. I hope you will look at this with an open mind. What is worse? A guy that uses signs to promote his business so he can feed his family or a group of vigilante, drug using, God hating liars?
