ANSI.EXE is a Win32 implementation of the subset of ANSI.SYS escape sequences that deal with screen output. ANSI.EXE is used as a filter on the output of any program that generates ANSI escape sequences. Place ANSI.EXE in your path and run YourProgram.exe, which generates ANSI escapes, like this:
YourProgram ...your-program-parameters... | ansi

This program was invented as a fix for using "Msub -ask" on Windows NT, and this is all it has been tested with. I hope it will work well for other programs that require ANSI escapes support too, but no guarantees. Download
