A: New Mexico Airlines launched service on July 1, 2007. Tickets are available through this web site, as well as ORBITZ, Travelocity, Expedia and travel agencies worldwide.

Q: What cities does New Mexico Airlines serve?
A: New Mexico Airlines currently offers daily service between Hobbs, Carlsbad and Albuquerque. Additional destinations will be added soon, with schedules dictated by customer response to our web survey.

Q: What are the fares like?
A: Web fares are currently under $50 for travel among points south (Carlsbad and Hobbs) and Under $75 for travel to points north (Albuquerque and Santa Fe). Tickets purchased through our toll-free telephone reservations center, ORBITZ, Expedia, Travelocity and travel agencies are priced higher to reflect the additional costs involved with these types of reservations. All pricing is subject to change with market conditions.

Q: I am holding prepaid bulk tickets for the previous air service provider. Can I get a refund?
A: Yes. Contact the airline and advise them that you would like a refund for any unused bulk tickets.

Q: What times are flights offered?
A: Departure times are determined by customer responses to our web survey. Additional flights and frequencies will be added as demand dictates.

Q: How many planes does the airline have?
A: New Mexico Airlines took delivery of its first factory new 2007 Cessna Grand Caravan on April 12, 2007 in Long Beach, CA. A second new aircraft was delivered in June, 2007, and a third aircraft will arrive in August 2007. The airline has options to purchase additional aircraft, valued at $2.1 Million each, throughout the remainder of 2007.
