Though we hope that teachers are incorporating the material from the MATHCOUNTS® School Handbook into their regular classroom activities, the MATHCOUNTS School Handbook is also designed to prepare students for an exciting part of our program...the competitions!

The registration deadline for the 2008 competition season is December 7, 2007. (Late registrations MAY be accepted at the discretion of MATHCOUNTS and the local coordinator.)

Local/chapter competitions take place in February, followed by the state competitions in March.  (State and local chapters of the National Society of Professional Engineers provide program leadership at the local and state levels.) The grand finale is the Lockheed Martin MATHCOUNTS National Competition - 2008 in Denver, May 8-11!
