WHAT: The Environmental Services Council Advisory Committee (ESCAC)
was established in 2002. The committee meets the first Wednesday of each month at
6:30 p.m.
in the Springwater Trail Room at Gresham City Hall, 1333 N.W. Eastman
Parkway.

meetings and time is reserved at each meeting for public

PURPOSE: The purpose of the committee is to advise the Gresham City
Council on planning, organizing and evaluating local and regional
watershed management,
wastewater, water, recycling and solid waste program and policy needs.
MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT:
Committee members are
residents of the City of Gresham, owners of real property located in
the city of Gresham or own a business licensed in the City of
Gresham.
