Hitches surface in
new
vehicle insurance system |

PROBLEMS in connection with the
interim vehicle insurance system have surfaced when several vehicle
owners complained that they were unable to register their vehicles
because of a systems bog down at the Land Transportation Office.
The vehicle owners said LTO
computers did not recognize the insurance company where the vehicle
owners bought their Third Party Liability insurance policy and
rejected their application.
