Remedial Action Plan
The Remedial Action Plan (RAP) is a process to clean up the waterfront, rivers, habitats and waters of the Toronto region. RAPs are also being implemented in 42 other areas around the Great Lakes.
The Toronto and Region RAP area includes six major watersheds (Etobicoke Creek, Mimico Creek, Humber River, Don River, Highland Creek, Rouge River) 45 kilometres of waterfront, and Toronto Bay.

Sediment Control Workshop
On May 7th, 2003 the Toronto and Region Remedial Action Plan hosted the first Inter-Regional
Stormwater Management Workshop on Sediment Control at the Black Creek Pioneer Village. 121
individuals participated from Municipalities, adjacent Conservation Authorities, Environment
Canada, DFO, MOE, and MNR.
