SUBMIT A DEATH NOTICE:
General Information-
The Tribune publishes death notices at no charge as a community service. Free death notices are intended for current residents, winter residents, people who have lived in the East Valley / Scottsdale area within the last five years, former residents with local services, or former residents who have lived the majority of their lives in the East Valley area.
FREE DEATH NOTICES ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FROM THE FUNERAL HOME HANDLING THE ARRANGEMENTS.

Free death notices contain only this information: name, age, city of residence, date of death, city & state of death, one service time, day and place, name of mortuary, phone number of mortuary.
DEADLINE for death notices is NOON for the next day’s paper. Fax information to (480) 898-6463.
If you would like to publish more information and/or a picture regarding the deceased, it would then be a “paid obituary.” See Guidelines for Paid Obituaries, or call (480) 898-6479 or (480) 898-6371.
