An online price guide is now the newest feature added to this site. Currently, the price guide contains 304,921 records of compiled real sales data and additional statistics to help gauge a patch's current "market value".
Members may now also create free PDF files for any lodge's issues and create a private online inventory of their collections.
If you or your ISP uses a filter that requires email addresses to be added to a "white list", please add my address to your white list before writing me. As a practice, I do not complete any request forms to be added. If you want a response, it is up to you to make sure you can receive one.
This is also true for site subscribers. The subscription process is automated and you will not receive your password otherwise.
The patch collecting hobby has changed greatly over
the years. Reference works have also evolved greatly.
Recently I acquired a copy of a 1958 "Blue Book"
in great condition. It was neat to see how things were
then and what has now resulted from it.
See this book online for the first time at:
The music to the OA song has been used in many
places since it was first composed by Alexis Lvov in
1833 as the Russian (Tsarist) National Anthem. A
performance of this orignal anthem can be found in
MP3 format at the link below. Does your lodge sound
like this when they sing? *grin*
Thanks to this site and its webmaster, the International Scouting Collectors Association (ISCA) now accepts membership applications for both new and current members online at isca.oaimages.com/become_a_member.shtml.. More information on ISCA, the USA's largest patch collecting organization, can be found at www.scouttrader.org.
Other Scouting Honor Societies
An excellent site for other BSA Honor Camper societies, past and present, can be found at U.S. Scouting Service Project website. Check it out!
