A warm welcome awaits you just minutes from downtown Freeport. . . Situated on six acres of lovely fields and woods in Durham, Maine, the Royalsborough Inn at the Bagley House offers a comfortable and peaceful, country setting, away from the bustle of in-town setting.

The main house consists of a living room with working fireplace that greets arriving guests; adjoining library offers an extensive array of books and games, a massage/spa and four guestrooms, each furnished with antiques, hand-sewn quilts and private baths.  In the ell is the country kitchen with its wide pine floors, hand-hewn beams and beehive oven.   

The Carriage House has three large suites with queen beds, gas log fireplaces, cable TV , and full private baths.  The Carriage House also has a comfortable and warm common room with a wood burning stove and cable TV that can be used as a meeting room for retreats, family gathering or classes.
