tables, camp chairs, and even tablecloths. After your day of river
rafting you will settle into camp, your guides will prepare the
evening's Hors d'Oeuvres complete with wine and other
beverages. We spare no effort or expense to make our river rafting
cuisine the best ever. Our dinner entrees are the best cuts of beef
and salmon fillets, a Mexican night, fresh vegetables and salads,
our own Idaho potatoes prepared as
only we do on the river and our Dutch oven cooking is amazing. Our
excellent food is half the river rafting trip.
