Can we give it a rest with the Ron Paul campaign?
John McCain got as many delegates as Paul and I don't think he ever stepped foot in Nevada.
Fred Thompson has more delegates than Paul does and he dropped out.
The man is going nowhere fast, just like he did in 1988. Paul's apostles are mostly the white upper middle class male Wall Street corporate executive types. Most of them like Mitt Romney.
Believe it or not, there is a lot of stuff going on in the campaign besides Paul, stuff that actually matters.
You know, the kind of stuff that Joe Murray, Patrick Barron and Chris Freind do not write about. I am sure your readers including me are owed that much.
By the way, on the positive side, good stuff by Michael Tremoglie about anti-Catholicism ("Anti-Catholicism and Abortion," Jan. 22).
