Whether you are planning a company networking event, a formal dinner party or wedding reception, we guarantee your guests have never experienced a venue like this, and it is one they will never forget.  Designed by the world-renowned architect I.M. Pei, our glass monument to the history of rock and roll presents a stunning harbor-side sweep of the city and lakefront and soars 160 feet above Lake Erie.

Rock Star Rental

Give your guests the VIP treatment.  This rental package includes a private four hour (minimum) viewing of the Museum for your guests. The cost is $4,500 plus $16.75 per person for the entire venue. Capacity for a cocktail reception is 2,500 people; capacity for a sit down dinner is 320 people.

Offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings 7 p.m.-11 p.m.

Backstage Pass Rental

Your guests will receive the red carpet treatment as they gather in our Café or our Ground Lobby level.  Our Café and Ground Lobby offer breathtaking views of Lake Erie, and are available for rental during standard hours of Museum operation at a cost of $37.00 per person. This fee is inclusive of function space and covers the admission fee to tour the Museum exhibits. Capacity for the Café is 75 people; capacity for Ground Lobby is 125 people for cocktail receptions only.

Available Wednesday evenings only from 5 p.m.-9 p.m.
Café and Ground Lobby are also available for rental on Saturday evenings from Memorial Day through Labor Day only.

Rock Around the Clock Meeting Space

The 4th Floor Theater is a perfect setting for a presentation or a lecture, with a main stage and stadium seating accommodating up to 164 people. The theatre is available for rental prior to the Museum’s public hours and is equipped to fit all of your audiovisual presentation needs. The theatre is available for a flat rate of $1,500 and does not include Museum touring privileges. Tickets can be purchased at the group rate of $16.75 per person.  Audiovisual equipment and services are not included in this fee.

Breakfast with the Stars

As a complement to a 4th Floor Theater rental, start the morning off right and host a breakfast in the Café for an additional $1,500.  Our café is located just one floor below the theatre and is a wonderful way for guests to gather and network prior to a presentation in the theatre. Capacity is 100 people.

Catering Selection

You will be pleased with our careful selection of a recommended caterer to serve you.  Executive Caterers’ quality, creativity, diverse menu selection and professionalism have earned a superb reputation and one we trust.  Please note that Executive Caterers is, at all times, the sole provider of alcoholic beverages at the Museum’s facility.  (Note that alcoholic beverage service will end 15 minutes prior to the end time of the event.)
