Accessibility Information
The North Shore Libraries website provides the following to enhance your
browsing experience:
- A Large Print theme for viewers who require larger sized fonts.
- A navigation bar on the left hand side of every page on the website.
- A trail of 'Bread Crumbs' above the title of each page, letting you
know where exactly you are located within the website.
- Underlined links.
- Access keys for the New Release list, starting with Alt + 1 for the
first title, to Alt + 9 for the 9th title, and Alt + 0 for the tenth
title.
Windows users use the Alt key, however this may differ if you use a
different operating system (MacOS, Linux, etc...).
- Access keys are provided for most of the main navigation items. Move
your mouse over a link and a description of the link as well as its
access key (where applicable) will appear.
If you use Internet Explorer, press Enter after you have pressed the
access key to visit the page.
- Alt + S submits your Catalogue search to our Online Catalogue.
